Where is SAB the label based?
SAB the label is based out of Michigan and Illinois. It was started in MI and while the home office is based out of greater Chicago, you can find SAB the label at pop-ups throughout the year in mid-Michigan. You can also shop-in person year round at The Rustic Fox Home in North Aurora.
How long does shipping take?
We know how frustrating it is to place an online order and wait weeks for it to arrive. We strive to have your orders shipped out within 3 business days, although it rarely takes us that long! Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the shop app!
Is there a way to track my order?
Yes! We know you want your goods and to be able to see when they will arrive. We suggest downloading the Shop app (available in the Google and Apple App stores) and tracking your orders there as well as the tracking link set once your order is packed.
If there is an issue with my order, can I return it?
Since we are a small business, we do not offer refunds. We do offer store credit should you need to make a return. Store credit is offered to unworn, unwashed clothing with tags still attached. If you would like to start a return, email us at contact@sabthelabel.com and we will be happy to start that process!
If you receive a damaged item (we check each item before it ships but I'm only human), you have 24 hours from the time of receiving the item, or from the time of purchase if bought at a pop-up, to email us at contact@sabthelabel.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage. If you do not email us within 24 hours or include photos, you waive your right for a damage return.
